Do you combine shipping? What courier do you use?

Yes, I combine shipping as long as it fits an LBC large pouch. Usually, it can hold up to 10 bras or 7 ternos.
I ship through Erim Express, and your item will be delivered to you via LBC. Shipping charge is P100 and transit time is 1 to 3 days.
If in a rush, you can request to ship directly with LBC who commits next day delivery. Shipping charge is P250.

Do you ship using other couriers (JRS, Air21, Abest, 2Go)?

Yes, but I will require additional handling fees.

Schedule of shipping is MWF, 8AM cut-off. I do not ship on weekends and holidays.

Yes, at Imus, Cavite area for a minimum of P1200 purchase. Free of Charge.

Do you accept exchange/return of items?

Due to the intimate nature of the items, I do not accept exchange or return of items so please ask all questions before bidding.
Items can be returned and refunded ONLY if the items are confirmed DEFECTIVE.
I will only accept returned items provided that it's not USED (All parts and tags are complete).
Full refund will be issued after I have received and checked the returned items.
Refund dispute should be done within 24 hours after you received the items.
