| | We will email you on the day of despatch of your order. If we have sent your order via courier you will also receive a tracking email from them with all contact information. If after 2 days of the email from ourselves you have not received your order or any contact from our courier company then please contact us immediately. Failure to us contact within this period will result in the parcel being returned to us and you the customer having to cover all shipping costs (£15). All parcels are sent on a signed for service so please ensure someone is available to sign. Delivery times are mon-fri between 8am-8pm and are at the couriers convenience NOT the customers.
Items sent via royal mail will usually take 2-3 days to deliver and we do not provide you any tracking information. If you do not receive within 5 days of our despatch email then please contact us.
Please note our shipping rates are for UK mainland only. The following postcodes are also excluded postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25. |
