PAYMENT POLICIES :
We accept payments through:
- Metrobank
- BPI (not BPI Family)
- GCASH (transaction fee applies)
Bank charges incurred for out of Metro Manila location will be handled by the buyer.
PLEASE NOTE: Invoice will be sent within 24hrs to your registered email on eBay (yahoo, hotmail, gmail etc). Payment instructions for BPI/Metrobank/Gcash will be included in the invoice. Please do not ask us to send you our payment details/invoice through text. Make sure you can check your email for this invoice. If you have not received one from us, please send us an email.
Payment is expected within a 3-day period. If under some circumstances you cannot meet the deadline, please let us know about this. As much as possible we do not want to report anyone for non-payment.
SHIPPING POLICIES :
Metro Manila : P80*
Out of Manila/Provincial: P120*
*Air21 serviceable areas only.
Shipping cost may be higher for locations not covered by Air21. It is the Sellers discretion to decide which courier to use for non-serviceable areas. We will not use other couriers unless it is NOT covered by Air21.
Item will be shipped the next day after payment is confirmed except on weekends and holidays. If payment is made on a Friday, item/s will be shipped Monday of the following week.
We do combine shipping for purchases made within a 3-day period so make sure you check the other items in our store to save money on shipping. Combined shipping cost will depend on the size/dimension and the total weight of the items.
Please note our shipping cost including costs for packaging materials - bubblewraps, tapes, papers etc. We ask someone to do the shipping for us and we pay this person on a monthly basis so she will be more efficient in doing the job well and not switch the packages which will cost us more! We all have a regular day job and cannot go to Air21 at will to do the shipping.
IF YOU DO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH OUR SHIPPING COST, WE DISCOURAGE YOU NOT TO BID/BUY.
We package all items well and make sure it is in best condition when it leave our hands. Any damage that may occur during transit from the courier is not the seller's responsibility. Insurance is optional but highly recommended. Contact us if you want your item insured.

If you have any question please contact us BEFORE bidding because ALL SALE IS CONSIDERED FINAL - NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE. Just click Ask Seller a Question and we will try to reply as soon as we can.
Winning bidder must settle the payment within 3 days otherwise item will be relisted and report will be filed with eBay for non-payment. We don't want to do this so PLEASE COMMUNICATE.
For those with zero (0) feedback/New Members please contact us first BEFORE bidding with your intention to bid and go through with the transaction if you win the auction. Please include your FULL CONTACT DETAILS. This is to ensure that there will be no joybidders in our auction. Too many bad apples already ruined it for us.
NO HAGGLING PLEASE. Any email asking for a "last price" or any form of haggling will go unanswered. Let's all be professional here.

Feedback is optional however we will truly appreciate if you can leave one for us and we will do the same after. Please do not leave a negative/neutral feedback without letting us know first about your issues. For every situation there is a solution.
