Do you offer combined shipping?
Yes we do offer combined shipping within a 3-day period only. Counting Day 1 for the 1st item you won and so on. Please bid accordingly... 3-days is NOT 3 weeks. We deal with so many transactions everyday and extended combined shipping creates confusion. So please respect our policy and we have reasons why we do this.

Please wait for the INVOICE and PAYMENT OPTIONS which will be sent directly to your registered email address (NOT ON EBAY'S MESSAGE SECTION). Please check your registered email address like yahoo, hotmail, gmail (or whatever email you used) for this invoice. Invoices are manually sent by us so please be patient. We will send this within 12-24hrs after your purchase. We can't be online 24/7 so please understand. eBay sets it up this way that it is sent directly to your email address.

If I buy more items from you can you give me a discount? Can I have Free Shipping?
Our posted price is our selling price. Though occasionally we might offer some promotions. We do not offer free shipping unless the posted item is "free shipping" however we will gladly combine shipping for multiple items purchased.
Can I get the items right away? Can we just meet-up or can I pick-up the item/s from your house?
Sorry we cannot do meet-up or allow for pick-up. Items are normally shipped the next working day AFTER your payment has been confirmed. We do not ship packages on weekends and holidays.
Do you offer returns / exchange / refund?
Due to the nature of the items we are selling, we cannot offer returns / exchange / refund UNLESS we mistakenly shipped the wrong item.
What is the tracking number of my package?
Tracking number will be sent to your email in the evening of the day your package is shipped. Kindly check your email for this. Please do not text us asking for the tracking number... AGAIN, WE WILL SEND IT TO YOU THROUGH EBAY'S MESSAGES.
How can I track the status of the package?
Kindly call Air21 directly at (02) 854-2100 OR CBL Courier at (02) 844-7583. We will email you which courier was used to ship your package. It is best that the buyer coordinate with the courier directly since we do not have control over the deliveries.
Do you have a store? Can I have the address so I can check your items?
We only have our eBay store. We do not have a "physical" store.

All our items are guaranteed authentic and came straight from the US. We do not sell fake/imitations/knock-off items.
Do you offer international shipping?
