Q: Do you do meetups?
A: I'm located in Cebu City and can only do meetups if you are also located in the area. Items can be picked up in SM only anytime from 10am to 6:30pm! When scheduling a pick up date, PLEASE be sure to show up on agreed date since I cannot leave your items in the pick up point for a long time since I do not own the place. If you need to reschedule, just inform me in advance.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: I can accept payments through bank deposit (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Unionbank) or through Globe Gcash. I would really appreciate it if you message me after you have sent payment so I will know it's from you and so I can ship the items asap.

Q: When is the deadline for my payment?
A: Payment is expected within 4 days after item is purchased / won. Payments not received after this period will get an unpaid item case opened against them. Note that you will only get the unpaid item strike once the case is closed. Having too many UPI strikes may get you banned from eBay. Please be a responsible buyer to avoid this.

Q: When will I receive my items?
A: Payments received before 3:00PM will be shipped on the same day. If you paid after the cut-off, your item will be shipped on the next working day. For Metro Manila, items will arrive immediately the next day. For Provincial locations, it may take up to 2-3 days for items to arrive depending on your location.

Q: Where is my package?! It's been more than xx days and still nothing!
A: Please understand that delays in shipping are beyond my control since I do not own or operate the courier company. However, don't hesitate to message me and I will try to help you track where and what happened to your package. Also, please ALWAYS provide the correct and complete shipping address since incomplete addresses are one of the main reasons for delayed packages. Another is to make sure that someone is always at home to receive the package even if it is not you personally.

Q: Do you ship to xxx location?
A: I will only ship to areas covered by JRS Express. If your area is not covered, you will have to choose Air21 or LBC as another option. Please note that once you choose Air21 or LBC, shipping fees will be different from what is stated on the listing since these 2 couriers have a much more expensive shipping fee.

Q: Do you ship items everyday?
A: I ship items from Monday to Saturday, except on Sundays and Holidays.

Q: Do you offer combined shipping?
A: Yes, I will combine shipping for all items that you have purchased to help you save on shipping costs. Only items bought within 4 days will be combined! If you want to add more, kindly settle your account in the first batch first before bidding again to avoid getting an unpaid item report.

Q: I'm new to eBay and have 0 feedback, can I still buy from you?
A: Yes of course! All I ask is please inform me or communicate with me before bidding or using the buy it now option so I will know that you are a legitimate buyer.

Q: Are your items authentic? Why are they so cheap?
A: Yes, absolutely! All items are bought straight from Korea. Some of the items I'm selling are sample / trial sizes only, which explains the low prices.

Q: There is a printed date on my item that's very recent, is my item expired already?!
A: Please note that whenever you see a printed date on your item, that is the manufacturing date, not the expiry date. Rest assured that we will never sell you any expired items.
